CV: John White
Having heard tell of a musician named Jubilee, whose talents could supposedly control human emotions through song, Victor knew he had to possess this ability for himself. And so he stole the poor musician’s talent – the very life essence that enabled these miraculous sounds to be played – and began using them to produce warped, distorted melodies of malice, with the ultimate goal of creating dark matter and purifying the world in a mass baptism of evil.

CV: Travis Willingham
Damon has some connection with Bryan’s Executioner Office.
Having begun his transformation into an enhanced being known as a “Wire,” Damon’s humanity has started to disappear, leaving him with cold, crazy eyes.

CV: John White
An enigmatic giant who stands several hundred meters tall and went on a rampage because he was woken up a bit too early.
Giant Head seems to have stolen the very earth itself, and the client has hired Mondo to bring it back.

CV: Travis Willingham
An old-fashioned yakuza boss. Wild and lawless (yet strangely honorable as well), he’s devoted himself to restoring the “classic” feel of Kyoto, Japan. Due to the effects of dark matter, the tiger tattoo on his back is able to come alive, and is known to run rampant throughout the city of its own volition.

CV: Bubba Chow
A charming gentleman with an elegant, sophisticated manner to him. Fascinated by vampires, he’s afforded himself the opportunity to transform into a heinous-looking monster of vampiric influence.
He prefers to drink wine over blood, however, as he finds all those traditional vampire tropes to be thoroughly passe.

CV: Liam O'Brien
A man convinced that the earth is his for the taking, leading him to don what he considers to be suitable wear for establishing a global dictatorship.
His disgusting grin is his trademark.
As far as anyone knows, he’s never met Mondo before – yet somehow, he is fully aware of Mondo’s fondness for soft-boiled eggs.

CV: Wendee Lee
A young woman who was infected with dark matter when she traveled to the moon. Since then, she’s been suffering from an endless pain in her back, ultimately causing her to transform into a hideous monster.

CV: Bubba Chow
A steam locomotive, nicknamed “Tommy.” Although hugely popular in the 20th century, he’s since been forgotten and discarded, becoming little more than scrap metal over time.
Through the power of dark matter, however, he somehow managed to regain a piece of his former glory, transforming himself into an armored, runaway train with the sentience and self-awareness of a deranged man.

Lifeless dwellers of the moon. These are the foes that stand between Mondo and his mark.
As they take damage, HP gauges will display above their heads indicating how much more punishment they can withstand.
