It´s an era of extreme technological advancement, where travel to the moon and human body reconstruction are everyday occurrences within the city´s seedy underbelly.
Into this world steps a man named Mondo Zappa, who just received an acceptance letter from a secret state institution known as an "Executioner Office." Clients aren´t particularly common, but when jobs comes in, their execution targets tend to be rather... colorful.
Heck, the clients themselves are pretty varied as well, running the gamut from ordinary men and women who´ve been deeply wronged to extraordinary demi-gods with outrageous and ever more unlikely problems.
And though Mondo is well-suited to his new job, possessing tremendous skills and an unhealthy obsession with blood (not to mention the moon and soft-boiled eggs), this acceptance letter could serve only to tip his already unstable mind even closer to the breaking point...
